It has been said that another way to make income is to use affiliate tools and training that help your team ~ they are RIGHT!!

But if you are already in business for yourself, or want to be – I will list here some general ways to make money as you help your team promote their affiliate links and discounts and extra income from affiliate programs like Go Daddy.
If you are in business and plan on being with us (or any business online), you HAVE to have your own domain and autoresponder, because people may come to your website once and then may never come back again. I will give you a way to develop a relationship with people that are interested but can’t join immediately. That builds trust, and as they hear more from you, they are more willing to do business with you.
The first one is Go Daddy, the web’s #1 Domain Registrar. I buy my domains from them, and they have hosting, simple-to-build website pages, etc, and I know they are good to work with. The best way to pick a domain name is by finding one that most closely identifies with you or your business – domains are around $10 a year so you can afford to get more than one if you want. (Check out my giveaway on “picking a domain” in the Training section of this website! ONE tip – if you can find a domain name that is EXACTLY the keywords that people will be looking for, it will be MUCH easier to find you on the search engines!

The second essential tool is an autoresponder/email program. I recently switched to iContact because now they start off at a great price – FREE! They have all the bells and whistles of the “other” guys with no monthly cost. They have web forms (I have two on here from them) and analytics.
You can also use a series by someone else (like Jon) with a “shared campaign” code, and if you join our team, I will show you how to do that.

Animoto – Here’s a fun tool that is free or very low cost ($5/mo), and it gives you professional videos with free music and mixing of slides and short movie clips. The free ones are 30 seconds, and you can make longer ones for the $5/mo. – I recommend no more than 2-3 minutes. I made the video on “Feed Your Family” with this tool and I love how you can make it once, and edit it as many times as you want, even putting your team’s affiliate links on there if you want! If you want to host your account somewhere else (like GoDaddy) like I have, go to www.wordpress.org to download the WordPress software – OR – go to www.wordpress.com to create your blog (yourblog.wordpress.com) if you want to host it with them (much easier if this is your first blog).
